Until we've personally given more, we are in NO position to criticize what Aventura gives. Even then, it's the height of arrogance to determine someone's contributions for them.
If you read the article, their sponsor is matching the $25,000 gift, plus they are going to hold a Red Cross donation drive at their 4 {I'm sure} sold out concerts at Madison Square Garden. On our AA flight home from Santo Domingo last week, the cabin attendants came through and accepted donations for Haiti, and if the Dominicans at MSG are as generous as those I saw on the airplane, Red Cross will do very well.

They don't have to give ANYTHING, people including citizens in the public eye such as Aventura have the CHOICE to give if they feel like it
