Problems with PUCMM's internet

There are many pages that have none or missing data which is vital to me. Such as "http://www.pucmm.edu.do/STI/campus/Postgrados/Paginas/SolicituddeAdm.aspx" which is supposed to have instructions on how to send the graduate application fee. However, there is nothing on it. Other pages are also missing such as the campus map. I have also sent two emails to people in different departments and both of them were returned as an address with fatal errors. I checked to see if this was a browser problem but this is not the case. Maybe the site and emails are being rebuilt? Or will all this be fixed when Columbus lifts a finger?

/You would think that PUCMM would have it together since they are in charge of giving out IP's for the country.

Also the uni censors the web with Websense, too bad for them I already have a SSL proxy program and know how to use it!

Your Spoanish sucs, but keep trying, as they will understand you and where you are coming from.

Regarding the internet issues:
1) They have recently installed a new platform and some departments have no supplied the required content. I will find out the fees as they apply to you.
2) They do not censor ANY internet content. You can download XXXX porn if you so please. They do follow traffic for planning and logistical reasons.
3) The university HOUSES the office that deals with the DOT DO domains, most likely because they have by far the best infrastructure for this. They do NOT, however, get any monetary benefit from this. It is a service provided, nothing more.
