I know that a lot have you may have already done so but please can you go through your homes and pull out any unwanted or unused clothes, shoes, bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, pots and pans, plate ware, cutlery, toys or whatever else you can donate to our needy neighbors in Haiti. You can drop off your donations to the offices of Amber Guardian situated above Harrison's Jewelers in Sosua, located on the corner of Calle Dr. Rosen and Pedro Clisante. The phone number is 809 571 3131. Another thing that is desperately needed are tarpaulins, (tarps). There is a definite lack of these in Haiti and they can create shelter from the blistering sun and of course the rains.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CASH DONATIONS OR PERISHABLE ITEMS. We will make sure that anything donated actually gets to Haiti. People have already started bringing things into the office but we want to fill the office to the brim! We have 200m2 of storage space so come on everybody, lets fill it!!! EVERYBODY HAS SOMETHING THEY CAN GIVE AND WHATEVER YOU DO GIVE WILL BE HELPING ANOTHER PERSON GET A FRESH START IN LIFE. PLEASE JOIN US AND BRING SOME HOPE TO OUR NEIGHBORS.
Many thanks.
