Samana hotels and bus transportation

I'm planning a trip in Feb. to do some whale-watching and would like a hotel recommendation (preferably an all-inclusive resort) in Samana close to the port where the whale-watching boats leave. Also, I will be flying into Santo Domingo, out of Puerto Plata and would like to know how I can obtain bus schedules for these routes to and from Samana. Thanks.
