Its been quite a while since i've posted. But I need your help again. I will be arriving in SD on 2/27. Although my wife will be accompaning me, because her mom will be traveling with us, they will head to her home in San Pedro for a few days so that leaves me to spend the entire weekend in SD (poor me). What is the best hotel that will put me close to the Carnival action? Is the parade on the Malecon?
