Hold Harmless Agreement---Legal/Possible in DR??

I have an Idea for a small adventure inspired business in DR and would like to know if hold harmless agreements are valid within the DR?

It's not 100% effective against suit, it really depends on the nature of the contract and how far you can narrow down and specify the harmless clauses in the contract.
