Has anyone tried Lineahome long distance service?

I saw this advertised and I am thinking of trying this service. It supposedly gives you a local DR number so you can call from here to there. Has anyone tried this service? If so can you tell me how your experience with it was.

Lineahome long distance service

According to their web site, they only have available numbers in Santo Domingo.
They show a price of $24.95, but I could not find if that is monthly or yearly.

If monthly, way too much!

Lineahome.com Says that callers in DR can call a local number in Santo Domingo, the call will then be forwarded to a number in the US (or anywhere else) for $24.95 month. Agree.. not worth it. There are better options
