Could someone tell me the current official exchange rate for
US $ Dollars compared to the Dominican Peso and how do I find
that information on an on going basis ??

The daily newspapers have the "Official" rate

But you can always do better at the exchange houses. Do not exchange money on the street! Definate NO-NO!

Right now it seems to be heading towards 17:1...>(
