Last Bus from Sosua to Santiago

I went to Caribe Tours website and it isn't the easiest to navigate through or understand when regarding their schedules. Could anyone tell me if they know the last available time on a weekday from Sosua to Santiago. Also, does anyone know how frequently the buses leave the station in Sosua, for example, at :15, :20, :30 after each hour/every hour?

I don't have Caribe schedule but if Metro (which is better) would help....
8:20 am, 1:20 pm, 5:30 pm....

I think this is a different operator than Caribe tours but their schedule is a lot easier to read:

I think they drop off at the Playero and pick up at the bus station in Charimicos.

And if it is full?
What do you do then?

Note: I believe the following is true, it was at one point.

Nice thing about Metro is you can make reservations and pre-purchase your ticket.
Not so on Caribe Tours, you can only purchase a half hour before departure.

I assume from waytogo's post that Metro makes that trip, personally have not seen the Metro bus, but I don't make that trip very often anymore..

There is no 6:20 posted on the sign in the Sosua office of Metro. There may be a later bus from Puerto Plata, but I think 5:20 is last from Sosua.

Sky, are you sure. Thought it was 5:20 PM but usually leaves late due to traffic getting to Los C getting through POP. Busses arrive in Los C much later but they stay for the morning 5:15 and 6:20 to Santiago. Caribe Tours busses leave to Santiago @ Morning: 5:15, 6:20 and every hour on the 20 till 3:20PM, skip an hour and the last is listed @ 5:20.

If you are taking one ot those crazy 5AM JetBlue flights to JFK take an earlier bus to Santiago. Check into the cheapest room at the Colonial Hotel, walk around for awhile and arrange for a 500 peso taxi ride to STI with the desk clerk. But set the alarm on your cell, the night clerk is a heavy sleeper and does not do wake up calls.

Yes I am sure. The last bus leaves at 6:20PM every day. It stops in Santiago and continues on to SD.

Thanks guys for all the info. I will be arriving in Santiago at 7:30pm and my friend will be meeting me. I told him to take the 5:20 bus and then a cab when he gets into Santiago. I hope this was the best advice.
