We have seen this gentleman numerous times throughout the week on the beach talking to himself and fighting the air. It was unclear to us as to what his problem was (drugs or mental illness) but none the less, a tragedy.
Sometimes he would come very close to us, stop, stare and say something to himself and then continue on his way. We did not see a wristband from a resort or see him with any other people.
Condolences to his family wherever they may be.

Lets leave it at that, a body in Sosua and another in Uvero Alto, two separate incidents, 2nd post basically says it could happen anywhere which is correct.
