no, theres room for improvement, the local tourists flock this place, and included is a 6 bedroom house.

It seems a lot of businesses in the DR work their asking price like this:
"Well, if you put in some HD 48" flat screen TVs, upgrade the kitchen to commercial standards, develop a restaurant and manage to triple last year's revenue, it's well worth the asking price. It's more than we paid for it, although we haven't been able to increase revenue at all in three years. You don't expect us to take a loss on this, do you?"
Not that I know the situation at Eddy's. Maybe they picked up.

Eddy did in fact sell it. The new owners apparently want to sell. Not the same without Eddy there.
The $300K is based on a site I posted earlier that got redacted as an ad. $150K would be about right, IMHO. Eddy sold it a while back and last I heard he was running the SUPER SUPER on the corner.
