Just curious if article #54 is still valid ?.
My labor code book is 3 yrs out of date but it's the latest edition they have at the local labor office.
Art. #54 - El emleador esta obligado a conceder al trabajador cinco dias de licencia con disfrute de salario, con motivo de la celebracion del matrimonio de este.
What I find incredible is they get only three days for a death. but then again, why am I surprised... and, how is it that they (employee's) don't know sooooo many things or how things should be done after several yrs of working the same job for you but they know every damn article in the book?.
