Please North Americans, help. When talking of bed sheet sizes (Amazon) what on earth size beds are respectively "full and twin"? 4'6", 5'.00" or 6'.00". Amazon tell me that they can't tell me that I would have to write to the manufacturer !!??!! Mind you the British system isn't any better with "King, Queen sizes except that Twin is for two beds. Thanks awfully m'dears.

Two twins = a king
Full is smaller than a queen but bigger than a twin!

Almost all adults sleep on Queen or bigger. My feet stick off of anything smaller.
