Chinese Ducks / Cabarete style!

The only Chinese restaurant that is even close to being acceptable on the North Coast has now cut back on their signature dish.

Peeking Duck....

When I first tried this delectible dish it was perfectely prepared !

The presentation was true to form with a crispy skinned de-boned HALF DUCK

They are now serving a quarter portion at they same price !!!

This is not a Buy or Sell rating but more of a question on how we should let the people know what we expect from the local restaurants in order to facilitate an economic balance with a value proposition!

I could not, or would not attempt to eat that much, as I was treating the shoe shine boys as I usually do each and every weekend.

I told the young lads that they would really enjoy this dish but they preferred the lo mein .
