I know this is alot to ask but..... Where might I good a marriage councilor who has multi-cultural, and bi-lingual skills to help in an " it seems " a last effort attempt at reconciliation.

Which one is Dominican, the husband or the wife? The answer will make a difference in regards to which member the immediate family/community you need to consult with, that is the only person who's opinion will bear any weight whatsoever.

And which one wants to leave? That makes a big difference too.
