Here in Las Galeras, we have no internet service for like 17 days. We tried everything we could possibly do, calling them, making reports, and we even did a reclamation - no action from Codetel. They have hundreds of reports numbers for the area, and we are now all desperate about that. We all start missing our sluggish satellite internet connection ! We tried to contact executive people from Codetel, but nothing happened. We are now hiring a lawyer to officially sue Codetel, and we are also thinking of contacting Indotel to let them know what is the situation here. Because yes, of course, as you can imagine, service or no service, the bills come in with the full amount (should I mention that?).
Have you ever experienced this kind of issues ? Again, I'm talking about all the area, not just my personnal connection. Do you have any contacts @ codetel that we could talk with ? Thanks in advance !
