Europcar Rental at POP airport!

I just want to know if Europcar rental is a good company compared to Avis , Hertz and such???

Need info ASAP - Thank you!

Personally have never used them, I always use Budget or Avis while in the DR, but have a friend who has used them at least 5 times in 2 years and 4 of 5 times he has had problems with the cars and problems exchanging the cars. So IMHO spend a little more for peace of mind.
