Is anyone in Sosua/Cabarete familiar with fixing air conditioners? Basically the fan works, the outside unit is operational but the 'cold air' is NON-functional.
Although I appreciate ideas on what the problem might be, I require someone who knows what they're are doing to fix it for me.
The manufacturer is "Panorama" and it's about a year old.
