Are there any organization that focuses on getting people out of poverty, that teaches English, basic computer skills, internet use, basic business concept, learning how to drive and or more stuff. Basic Stuff in a Develop Nation. It could be a Mentor, or an Organization. What about a boot Camp program?
If such, in Higuey better, if Creole or French oriented, even better.

To learn English? Your best bet might be a community college teaching English or a high school ESL program for adults. I don't know any boot camp like that has a programs for poverty cause most are You can do a quick search on the web.
