Anyone got a price on a washer and dryer for the Cabarete, Sousa, Puerto Plata area. Either two seperate units or a stackable and preferably a place that will deliver.
separate units are rather pricy, i remember seeing them in distribuidora corripio (POP) at 45k each (nice brands thou, front load) but you can buy them at much less (washers start at below 10k and dryers below 20k) two in one units (washer below, dryer above) are about 40k.

plaza lama is in santiago/SD but it will give you idea on prices...
btw, you can buy the said washers/dryers in POP in: la sirena (malecon), distribuidora gonzalez (central park) dist. corripio (calle beller), francis muebles (manolo tavarez justo) and many other shops.
