Has anyone rented from Royal Residence in Cabarete?
I was told that to complete a reservation you had to wire a cash amount to a Swiss bank account in the name of an individual. I found this procedure rather strange and unnerving even for doing business in the DR. There is nothing that shows the account or the money going into it is for Royal Residence. I don?t believe it is a scam, but wanted to get input from anyone who might know if this is the way they handle all their reservation requests. Anybody heard of this?
