When a lawyer submits papers for to an individual for a court appearance for parentage and child support is the document binding? In the USA only court officials and certified Processor Servers can be legally serve a binding document to appear. Is it the same here in the DR? My friend told me the lawyer of a woman serve the security guards at his home papers to give to him since he was not at home at the time she arrived. I guess she can indirectly serve him here too?
