UTESA in Gaspar Hernandez

We had a Plaza here with a scaled down copy of Playero Supermarket in Sosua.
The plaza was built about 10 years ago but never used until about 2 years ago.
Last week the Grocery Hipermart) store was closed and I spoke to the family of the owners of the Plaza that UTESA has purchased the property and is developing it. How amazing that would be for this town but I was wondering if anyone has information as to the scale of the project and timing. It is a very Big Plaza (It is called Coconut Mall) and my hopes are that all of this is true.

I Agree, Sabaneta, Veragua and Up the highway towards Moca too.
Alot of People in that area and a Good Option for Expats and families from Cabarete to Sosua even.

I think its a perfect decision for the town. Beats the Tourist thing !
