I don't know if they rent, but on the street (Jose Andres) that runs along the back of Super Mercadeo National on the corner of 27 & Lincoln is a large store that sells all that stuff and lots of other medical supplies. They are located about half way along the street, I think on the corner of Calle Clarin.
I passed there and stopped. It is called>

Ave Jose Aybar Castellanos No. 155 (different name, but same as Av Mexico)
(this is located between Tiradentes and Ave Lincoln, on the north side of the street at a corner)

If you need one of those aluminum tubular walkers like granny uses, they don't rent them, just sales.
With wheels> $2,900
without wheels> $2,600
a cane with 4 feet costs $700

Thanks for all the help guys, but stopped at one of the places, and they told me that Casa de Salud does rentals will be be stopping by there.
