If a person wants to find the owner of a property, how does he go about it? Is there a registry online, or do I need to go to the capital of the province?

Put a for sale sign in the property with your phone number on it and trust me he/she will appear.

Try a lawyer or a surveyor.......
of course, the sign idea is free and you might be able to sell the property w/o even owning it ...... a la Brooklyn Bridge:glasses:

Go to a trustable broker in the DR. Wenn you put a sign on the property you end up with 50 or more owners...

what i mean with "Wenn you put a sign on the property you end up with 50 or more owners..." is that many people will call you telling that they are the owners. At the end its family or somebody they know or whatever. What i wanted to tell is that it can be a long and very difficult way...
