Cerro Mar/Las Caobas/Torre Alta - opinions

Lived in Torre Alta for 2 years, nice quiet area,close to everything but yet you have the feel of living in the suburbs. Nice breezes up there because you are up on the mountainside.

We have lived in Cerro Mar for 4 years. It is next to Torre Alta. Nice breezes, power is on most of the time (knock on wood). Neighborhood is nice, kids play in the street, areaa is very well lite at night and safe. As badpiece33 mentioned, you are close to everything but far enough away at the same time.
