Isolated t tsorms in cabarete- can it still be sunny?

Hello guys! i was looking at the weather forecast and it says tomorrow that there will be isolated T-storms - i was just wondering does this mean it can still l be sunny ( maybe a stupid question but I'd really like to know anyway lol)

If you are looking at on line forcasts (like accuweather etc) they will show rain95% of the time. NOT TRUE. If it rained as much as they say it does we woudl all have gills :)

You can get your sun burn in rainy weather, just the same. Usually it rains, then it shines. Seldom is it rainy all the time...and there are things to do JIC...
