Hi everybody. I'm new on this forum. The reason I'm here is that I'm looking to buy a condo/apartment in POP, Sosua, Cabarete area. I have a lots of questions to ask, but two of them are so far the most important: does anybody know if I can get a financing (50-60%) from local bank or I have to come up with 100% cash ?
Second, how long does the transaction takes ? I have read few threads posted by people waiting for their title years and years...is this still a way the transaction goes ?
