does anyone know the official way to do it
I didnt actually know they existed until they arrived on my doorstep asking if cows and sheep were bothering me .
Apparently they also come and look at unmaintained pools - no idea if anything ever gets done though.
Has anyone had any experiences good or bad with the health authorities
By the way I told them the cows/sheep/goats/donkeys werent a problem to me, unless I foolishly left my gate open.-which would be my own fault
