I am a foreign investor looking to buy into this resort. I have heard that they do not have access to the local Whitesands beach and that the development is far from finished. I know they were in financial difficulty but they were bought over by another company and the development was restarted.
Has anyone any information on this resort and can you tell me what stage the building is at. I am planning on visiting this site in the next 4-6 weeks and have been told by their agent in Spain that the development is completed and access to the beach/golf is finalised.
