Orange is now offering new plans with its Orange Net 3G+ service

512 kbps plan (Net Hogar Basico), with no data cap, no speed downgrade, starts at 690 per month + ITBIS
The speed downgrade on other plans that applies after reaching data limit cap (5/10/25 GB) was upped to 512kbps/1mbps respectively, from the previous 128 kbps.
Similar in Net Negocios.
(now the only thing left for Orange to do is to have unlimited GPRS/3G plan for cellullars, so I can use VOIP)
