Computer linking question

I've decided to buy a program that will let me access the computer in my warehouse from my home computer, and have a couple of questions from anyone here who does that.

1. What program do you recommend?

2. Does it matter that I have a MAC at home and PC at work?

3. Pitfalls?

4. Does this work internationally? Can't see why not... but if I'm in SD and need a document from the office, can I get it?

In your warehouse computer go to http://www.logmein.com and install the trial, the trial is professional which gives you a lot more technical options but after the trial expires you are left with the free version which is good enough for you to access your warehouse computer from anywhere anytime and it doesn't expire.

Extreme, I downloaded this at the office today, and did have to download something else to use it with the Mac at home, but it worked like a charm!
