you are still not clear, what is it that you want to know? for serious emergency one goes to SD or santiago anyways (providing the patient can travel). other than that i repeat that humano has contracts with private hospitals everywhere so you should have coverage everywhere. it is another story whether your seguro covers for certain procedures and medicine - this depends on a plan and NOT on the location.
