Hey there,
I'm curious as to the steps one takes in order to obtain a Dominican passport. How much would this cost? I know it's prob on the forum here somewhere, but I can't seem to find it!

Mine expires in 2011, I'm thinking in a blue one instead of renewing...

Does anyone know if Dominicans need a passport to travel to other Caribbean countries such as Cuba or Jamaica etc? I know they would need one to go to countries that require a visa for entry like Mexico and US etc...but just wondering since travel has gotten tighter these days etc... it used to be that, Canadians could enter the US with just a birth certificate but now we need passports ...
