I have done my dr1 searchs and do not see this topic discussed within the last few years.
My Dominican husband and I are starting a small business, while still living mostly in the US. One of my considerations is at which bank to establish a bank account. Does Citibank have individuals accounts? Is the Bank of America/Scotia relationship of any help?
Important to me:
Ease of funds transfer - are they going to sit on my $10K wire for weeks??
On-line access.
Above - average customer service. It shouldn't matter that we are in California, but I cannot visit the bank manager at Banco Popular in NY if there is a problem.
