By the way I don't like how Delancer uses an IP that is not even listed in the Dominican Republic.
They use some sort of proxy or something like that.
Last time I checked it said Florida.
It's a pain to download from Rapidshare and the sort, and open ports for torrents.
I actually recommend Claro, now they are doubling the speeds at the same price in some cases, I know it's still a joke compared to other countries ISP but they are trying.
