I found this summer that Verizon and Claro appear not to like each other any more...... very costly to roam.
I'm scanning E-Bay for an unlocked phone that I will put my DR SIM card in and enable me to get my e-mails, text, etc.
Not really interested in Internet surfing by phone
In No America I use the DROID Incredible by HTC.
Does anybody have any suggestions as to the best phone to buy ...... or even a phone for sale?
I have yet to buy a data plan.... intend to do so early in December.
Any help will be appreciated
