    Question Question on addresses

    Hello there,

I'm translating a marriage certificate and wonder if anyone can help as I don't quite understand the address in the certificate:

    2da. CIRCUNSCRIPCION DE PUERTO PLATA

It's the 2da. part that perplexes me. Anyone know what it stands for?

    Thanks in advance!

It'd be translated like The second circuit of Puerto Plata

    2da - segunda - 2
