EPS is mot an option. You can have packages sent to you via EPS, but you can only send correspondence. I even had a CD refused because they could feel the disc through the envelope.
You can certainly send it by UPS or FedEx, but they aren't cheap. Regular mail is the cheapest, but the least reliable.
Unless Business Mail or one of the other services similar to Business Mail and EPS will permit it, you may have no choice but use FedEx or UPS if you want to be certain it gets to the destination.
