I will be installing into my home the necessary for heavy use to the US from santo Domingo. I am not familiar with any of this and so will require accurate advice on what to buy and install for my needs, ballpark prices, pro's and con's etc. Links in English would also be nice.
I require a clear connection to be used to call into the USA for several hours a day. From what I gather I can install certain things into my computer to give me free calls for this.
