She entered the truck and buses lane, hence her problem to reach the pay collector and failing to deposit the money in the hands. She had to come out into the drive path and pick up the fallen money, while the truckers behind blasted their horns full and she asks for "forgiveness"...

How all bus drivers should be as careful like him here in the new toll road...
