Confused, need help

I have been looking for a decent place to stay in Sosua over Christmas week.

Someone recommended La Terraza, which I can only find info on Las Terrazas which is condo rentals, but my friend told me that La terraza is not very expensive, but the prices I see for the condo rental are very expensive.

My question is:

Are there two places called La terraza where one is a hotel and one is a condo rental?

If so How do I find contact info for the hotel.


Any help would be appreciated.

Are you only interested in "La Terraza", or are you seeking information on other possible places to stay in Sosua during Christmas week?

I can't help you with regard to La Terraza, but I may be able to give some alternative places to check out, if you are interested.

If so, what type of accommodations are you looking for, and in what price range?

I agree with Peter about El Colibri.

My wife and I stayed at Los Terazzas this year. It is a condo on Dr Rosen on the cliff over the beach. It rents by the day, week, month etc. It had cleaning twice a week. I rented on VRBO. The condo was nice and in my opinion reasonable, we paid about $1400 a month with utilities included for Jan and Feb. Rates appear to be somewhat negotiable.
