I wasn't crazy about the financial prospects for the DR then either.
This is more a matter of timeliness.
Here's a former free-world prime minister flat on his back. There is a choice. The urologist can proscribe (sentence) the patient to a foley catheter with a urine pouch as a companion or, offer the patient a new lease on life. If you were on your back, similar conditions, what would you want?
Urologists appear to be as greedy as the next business (ooops!) professional you deal with. If it's your future, what would you want? I'm just say'n.

i will solve the mystery of hipolito and his prostate. there was no prostate oparation. all they did was to expand his arsehole so that the whole country could fit nicely in his arse.
