Dear Friends!

Recently after the Iguana Park we stopped by at a mercado tipico and our kids begged us into buying several small bags of Pan de Fruta Navideno, that look like some big seeds (like from the durian).
When sampled at home they are not pleasant to eat raw. What are they supposed to be done with? Any coolking or any other use?

Please respond soon! We are anxious!

Are those the things that look like chestnuts? Roast them - they're not exactly like chestnuts but close enough. Also known as lerenes or casta?as.

Yes, like chestnuts. How to roast? Could you specify and elaborate on the correct procedure?
