Dr. Kira Hiche is living in Las Galeras and she is now serving her public service years in the area. I'm not sure exactly where she lives, but her cell number was (829) 918-3233 as of one year ago.
Kira is married to Mierko, who runs the Internet Cafe at the main intersection in Las Galeras.
