looking to hire a chef

im lookin go hire a chef for jan 20-27 to cook for 10adults at a private villa. Chef will have access to a gourmet kitchen. please advise..

send Yachtchef a message and inquire what he will charge for his services. I know he is presently unemployed because the boat he was on sank. So I KNOW he will be free. I just dont know if he is in Miami or Santiago right now. And dont knock his gourmet styles, that kid got the Kung Fu Ginzu Hibachi all that stuff under his belt!
