Is there anything I should be aware of while out on the town in San Francisco De Macoris, I was planning on watching a game there next week and as most games are played at night, I am exercising caution but would appreciate any useful info..thank you.

Just like any city you don't know anything about stick to the main areas and don't go into the hood. San Francisco is very easy to navigate. There are two or three main avenues which run parallel to each other (i.e. Libertad) and all the other streets run perpendicular to them.
Lots of Dominican yorks there, Lots of deported felons from the states also. I like the town but never really felt comfortable there. Might just be me though.
