sailboat brokers?

I have a 32 foot sailboat which I would like to list with a broker in order to trade it for a condo, land or small villa on the North Coast. Does anybody either know a broker or a Dominican Web site that has a service like that?

don't know any sail or power boat brokers here.had good service a couple of times from bollmann yachts in ft.lauderdale.
best bet here is propably word by mouth and some clasificados.
but don't bet on any results.

There are possibilities in town, but I would have to know more about the boat (tipe, model,etc.) and especially where is it located and does it already have a dominican registration or is it still under the US or any other flag?

After that I may can help!
