Don't quite understand. It would be useful to know where you are.
I could fax you a falcon or e-mail an eagle.

yes,you can buy your birds, but the problem is that",people can not care the birds in the home which are traped ,they just die with out low food and water because they can not get
their proper diet which they want in actual (this is the cause) and the birds do not like
traps to live.

let the birds fly in the sky freely because they have equal rights naturally to live there
life,because they die in the traps with frustration,so please it

These days there are many places where there is sale of the birds but its not good for us and for the birds

It really depends on how long they have been lying in the cage and how frequently it has been cleaned in the past. i would pluck them first for sure
