If you're on Facebook, can you help me out and "Like" our new Directory section. I'm trying to get a little momentum going.

You will see a Facebook box on the left side menu, just click on the "Like" button.

I'd love to help you out if it weren't for the fact that I won't allow any Facebook platforms or application. I don't understand why I can't "like" it with installing the application as I have done this for other Facebook pages. BTW, the reason is Facebook apps are notorious for viruses and I'd rather not have to worry what is and isn't ok.

You do not need to install an app. If you're logged into Facebook then all you need to do is click the button.

Has anyone else been asked to install an app??

I am signed in and I get this message:

To use Facebook's social plugins, you must enable platform applications.

No idea. Check your privacy settings.
Maybe you have shut off access to all platform apps.

I don't get that and others appear not to be having a problem.
